In February 2019 an Epic Security Project Manager led the ClinDoc, Optime, ASAP, and Security teams through a Refuel, developing and coordinating Inpatient's Refuel strategy with emphasis on the E2R role. Governance changes formalized owner responsibilities for templates, roles, and security classes and consolidated ECLs to meet Refuel requirements. The effort concluded with a defined command center posture, post-live support procedures, and handover to assigned application leads for continued governance.
