SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Novares Group deployed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial backbone. VISEO Boulogne Billancourt began Third Party Application Maintenance in April 2015 and continues to provide application maintenance, assistance, corrections and evolution for SAP ECC on behalf of Novares and several affiliated companies. The maintenance scope explicitly covers Mecaplast Novares in automotive, Plastic Omnium Environnement in plastics, Le Bon Marché in luxury retail and GACD in the dental equipment purchasing sector. The TMA engagement includes needs analysis, writing of functional specifications for specific developments executed by a central development center, impact analysis, monitoring, testing and acceptance. Operational functional maintenance and N2 user support are provided across SD, MM, WM and HUM modules, with EDI managing external transactional interfaces. Training was delivered internally for WM and HUM and provided externally on behalf of Le Bon Marché for SAP Retail processes. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the ERP Financial application ties sales order flows, procurement and materials management, warehouse operations and HR related workflows into the enterprise transaction fabric, supported by EDI interfaces for partner integration. The support footprint spans multiple business functions including sales and distribution, materials management, warehouse management and human resources, and includes participation in discrete mini projects such as the implementation of OTIF On Time In Full at the client Adisseo in the agri food sector. The arrangement emphasizes functional continuity across intertwined business processes. Governance is organized around a named Novares account lead responsible for monitoring the dedicated TMA teams, planning, ticket monitoring and escalation, with structured handoffs from needs analysis and functional specification to the development center and into testing and acceptance. The model emphasizes tier two user support, ongoing monitoring of tickets and periodic training to sustain configurations and process adherence. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 remains the maintained ERP Financial operational platform under third party application maintenance since 2015.

Dassault Systemes Legacy Dassault DELMIA Ortems Manufacturing Execution System ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2016
In 2015 Novares Group implemented Dassault DELMIA Ortems, deploying DELMIA Production Planning & Scheduling as its Manufacturing Execution System to standardize planning and scheduling across its automotive operations. The deployment covered 18 plants across EMEA, APAC and the Americas and targeted shop floor scheduling and execution across assembly and production lines. The Dassault DELMIA Ortems implementation centralized constraint based scheduling engines and production planning and scheduling workflows, establishing a core planning model for sequence optimization and finite capacity planning. Functional capabilities emphasized constraint based scheduling, shop floor execution orchestration and standardized planning rules to align plant level schedules with group objectives. Rollout began with a proof of concept late 2014, followed by a core model delivered in Q1 2015, with plant rollouts starting April 2015 and staged across the 18 sites. Governance used a standardized core model and plant specific configuration checkpoints to maintain consistency of scheduling parameters and execution rules during the rollouts. Within about a year the rollout delivered higher service levels at 98.5 percent group wide, and it also produced reduced inventory and improved plant productivity as reported by the program.
