Governance centered on centralized application support and a programme management approach, with functional leads retained to manage configuration change, release sequencing and stakeholder engagement during rollout. Workday HCM remains the primary Core HR system supporting HR administration, payroll-adjacent processes, time and absence management, onboarding and employee self-service across the organisation.
