In 2010, NutiFood implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The program ran from June 2010 through March 2011 and the project was formally signed off in March 2011.
The implementation encompassed core modules FIN, OM, PO, INV, OPM and ASCP, providing financial management, order management, procurement, inventory control and supply chain planning capabilities. The Project Manager was responsible for the implementation plan and acted as team leader for logistics, procurement and order management module configurations. The consulting team composition included three senior consultants, one technical consultant and one DBA, supporting functional configuration, technical development and database administration.
Deployment architecture covered two company entities and four inventory organizations, establishing organizational structures, ledger mappings and inventory organization relationships within Oracle E-Business Suite. Operational scope included finance, procurement, logistics, order to cash and advanced supply chain planning functions across the defined sites. Governance followed a projectized rollout model with the named Project Manager accountable for delivery and the engagement recorded as successful on sign off in March 2011.

The deployment targeted marketing and CRM use cases, with explicit emphasis on O2O measurement and sampling activations to support personalized messaging and campaign orchestration.
ByteTech PangoCDP was configured to build unified customer profiles, run advanced segmentation, and execute automated journeys and sampling activations across digital and field channels. The project produced over 65 customer segments and 55 automated flows within six months, reflecting heavy use of the PangoCDP segmentation engine and journey orchestration capabilities.
The implementation integrated with Salesforce CRM to feed structured customer and lead records into the marketing stack and to operationalize CDP segments for sales and CRM driven campaigns. O2O measurement was instrumented to link digital behaviors to offline sampling outcomes and to enable campaign effectiveness analysis across channels.
Rollout and governance were focused on NutiFood marketing and CRM teams in Vietnam, establishing ownership of segmentation rules, automated flow maintenance, and campaign activation standards. The deployment delivered a centralized ByteTech PangoCDP instance that enabled personalized messaging based on unified customer data and supported ongoing O2O orchestration and campaign activation.
