The implementation included ERP system parameterization activity and functional configuration to manage subcontractor work and supplier planning, reflecting category aligned capabilities for resource scheduling and shop floor execution. Integrations were explicitly focused on ERP alignment, with NICIM MES tied into the company ERP for parameterization and analysis using the Nicim ERP management environment. Operational coverage extended across production planning, shop floor execution, supply chain coordination for subcontracted work, and aftermarket order handling, enabling cross functional data exchange between planning and execution layers. Governance centered on process controls for documentation linked to production orders, formalized reporting and requirements workflows, and centralized work order scheduling procedures used by production planners from April 2018.
