In 2022 Oakberry Australia implemented Fusion Signage CMS to centrally manage in-store menus and seasonal promotions across its Australian store network, supporting retail and marketing and customer experience efforts. Fusion Signage CMS is deployed as a Content Management platform to provide scheduled signage content, template-driven menu updates, and centralized content orchestration for store-facing digital displays.
The implementation was configured to enable dynamic menu control, timed promotional rotations, template versioning, and role based publishing to in-store screens. Standard Content Management capabilities such as content scheduling, playlist management, and remote asset updates were used to allow marketing teams to push seasonal creative and pricing changes without store-side intervention.
Fusion Signage worked with reseller Amped Digital beginning in 2022 to operationalize the rollout and expand licensing, resulting in an expansion to 143 Advanced licences across Oakberry stores in Australia. The deployment scope covered retail operations and marketing teams, with centralized administration of store content and decentralized content authoring for regional managers.
Governance was established around central content approval and publishing workflows, using the CMS to enforce templates and scheduled updates across the estate. The project emphasized license consolidation and centralized control of menu and promotional content through Fusion Signage CMS, aligning content operations with in-store customer experience priorities.
