The deployment scope covered retail operations and marketing teams, with centralized administration of store content and decentralized content authoring for regional managers. Governance was established around central content approval and publishing workflows, using the CMS to enforce templates and scheduled updates across the estate. The project emphasized license consolidation and centralized control of menu and promotional content through Fusion Signage CMS, aligning content operations with in-store customer experience priorities. |
