In 2023, Olthof Homes implemented DXC Homebuilder One. The implementation consolidated land development, purchasing, accounting and customer service across its US operations, using DXC Homebuilder One as a Construction ERP solution to unify operational and financial workflows.
Sa.Global served as the implementation partner for the DXC Homebuilder One deployment, configuring modules for land development and construction management, procurement and purchasing, general ledger accounting, and customer service management. The configuration emphasized end to end workflows for lot and phase planning, procurement to pay, job costing and warranty and closing processes, with the DXC Homebuilder One application instrumented for operational reporting.
The project integrated Power BI to centralize data visibility and reporting across business functions, aligning dashboards to the consolidated data model. Governance and rollout focused on standardizing processes across US operations and formalizing operational ownership for land, purchasing, construction and customer service. The case study reports outcomes including a shortened build cycle of approximately 30 days and an approximate 5 percent increase in production.
