In 2015, onsemi implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application. The deployment targeted Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to consolidate finance and manufacturing recordkeeping for the 30,000 employee semiconductor manufacturer.
Functional configuration emphasized Inventory, Costing, BOM, WIP, Order Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. Costing workflows were structured to link BOM and WIP transaction posting to inventory valuation and period cost rollups, while Order Management supported order-to-cash sequencing and AP and AR managed procure-to-pay and receivables processes.
The implementation covered supply chain, manufacturing operations and finance organizations, leveraging R12 multi-organization capabilities and the Oracle E-Business Suite data model to govern material transactions, cost rollups and work in process routing. Standard Oracle E-Business Suite R12 functional capabilities were applied to align manufacturing production structures with financial ledgers and inventory accounting.
Governance and operational staffing requirements stressed experienced Oracle functional analysts, consistent with stated needs for bachelor level backgrounds and a minimum of eight years of Oracle Supply Chain experience to manage Inventory, Costing, BOM, WIP and related modules. Process ownership concentrated on inventory control, production costing and order management workflows to sustain the ERP Financial control framework.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, onsemi implemented Oracle Cloud HCM for Core HR. The deployment targeted Recruiting and Onboarding capabilities and was led by the HR Technology organization in Scottsdale, AZ, working with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR business partners and IT across global organizational stakeholders.
Oracle Cloud HCM, referenced in internal materials as Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, was configured to support requisition management, candidate tracking, offer and acceptance workflows, onboarding checklists and the Core HR employee data model. Configuration and solution design work prioritized requirements analysis, solution option evaluation and controlled rollout of recruiting and onboarding functionality under the direction of a Principal Business Solutions Analyst.
Integrations were implemented between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and third-party learning platforms Cornerstone Saba and SumTotal as part of end-to-end talent lifecycle orchestration, and the deployment included data synchronization and recruiting system handoffs between Cloud HCM and external systems. The HR Technology team managed Oracle Service Requests for issue resolution and led patch cycles and staged rollouts of new Cloud HCM functionality relevant to recruiting and onboarding.
Governance and operational control encompassed project intake and prioritization, stakeholder presentations for signoff, solution deployment in collaboration with business and IT delivery teams, and establishment of standard tools and practices to support ongoing HR technology operations. The implementation emphasized business process alignment across recruiting, onboarding and learning functions, with escalation pathways and decision support built into release and support processes.

| MicroStrategy | Legacy | MicroStrategy ONE Analytics | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2004 | 2018 |
In 2004, onsemi implemented MicroStrategy ONE Analytics in its Analytics and BI environment to provide structured business reporting capabilities that ranged from simple operational reports to very complex, high-volume analytics. The engagement centered on creating a scalable reporting architecture and designing the hardware footprint required to support large data volumes and sustained query performance.
The implementation included design and deployment of a Sales and Marketing data mart, with new database structure and standards to improve semantic consistency for reporting. Functional capabilities implemented included enterprise reporting, OLAP analysis, and ETL orchestration, supported by advanced T-SQL development and database architecture practices. MicroStrategy ONE Analytics was integrated into an ecosystem that leveraged SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL Server Analysis Services for reporting, extraction and transformation, and multidimensional analysis respectively.
Data integration work addressed multiple company acquisitions, consolidating disparate source systems into the new data mart and feeding the MicroStrategy ONE Analytics layer. The team designed and implemented a data level security model to enforce access controls across Sales and Marketing datasets, and established data retention policies to mitigate the impact of large datasets on storage and query operations. Hardware and capacity planning were explicitly part of the implementation to align physical infrastructure with reporting workload demands.
Operationally, the scope included day to day support for existing applications and the reporting environment, ongoing application and reporting support, and governance measures around database standards and retention policies. The engagement emphasized database architecture, ETL and reporting support processes to sustain the MicroStrategy ONE Analytics deployment and to ensure secure, governed access to Sales and Marketing analytics across the organization.
