The implementation work led by the PMO centered on standard Core Banking operational workflows consistent with a core system deployment, including account processing, teller workflow orchestration, deposit posting, and loan servicing configuration and handoff. Finastra Fusion Sparak configurations were managed alongside resource planning and organizational project portfolios to align application capabilities with business functions. Project scope and operational coverage included management of all organizational projects related to the core system, resource planning for project teams, meeting facilitation, and supervision of a Project Management Specialist. The PMO also conducted interviewing and hiring of project teams and maintained remote program operations from January 2021 to present, ensuring continuous liaison between operational teams and Finastra. Governance and reporting were formalized through direct director level reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, establishing program governance, escalation paths, and coordination points for system configuration and operational readiness. The PMO role acted as the primary interface for ongoing Core Banking support and project orchestration with Finastra Fusion Sparak, aligning IT and business stakeholders across the bank.
