The FP&A team carried out a three month planning cycle prior to Vena onboarding to prepare templates and mappings, and the combined Deltek ERP and Vena architecture removed manual spreadsheet consolidation, shifting team effort from data assembly to analysis and accelerating reporting and planning cycles as documented in the Vena case study.
