The SAP Business ByDesign deployment concentrated on core financial management, order to cash and procurement workflows, inventory and fulfillment visibility, and embedded commercial reporting to provide consistent financial close and operational planning data. Configuration emphasized master data consolidation and ERP Financial controls to give Ooni better information for commercial decision making. Cofficient led integrations between SAP Business ByDesign and Oonis e commerce channels, explicitly including Shopify and Amazon, as well as multiple third party fulfilment partners, enabling unified order routing and consolidated sales reporting across channels. The implementation targeted commercial, e commerce, supply chain, customer service and finance teams across Oonis Scotland base and its global sales footprint, centralizing channel and fulfilment data into the SAP Business ByDesign tenant. Governance was partner driven with a focus on data consolidation and cross functional process alignment so that Ooni could compare sales across all sales channels and its online store. The project aimed to streamline operations and provide a single source of accurate commercial information to support strategic decisions about products, marketing, sales and customer service.

Governance shifted toward platform driven automation and scheduled campaign orchestration, centralizing promotional and inventory workflows within Shopify Plus. Outcomes reported by Ooni include 400% growth in sales within a year, a 68% increase in conversion rate using Shopify Payments, and a substantial reduction in manual labour through 50 production Flow automations.
