In 2015, Open GI implemented SAP Business One as an ERP Financial application to centralize core finance operations at its Worcester United Kingdom location. The rollout concentrated on the Finance department with a finance representative leading requirements gathering, system testing, and acceptance activities to align business processes with the new system.
The implementation covered standard ERP Financial functionality, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, transactional posting rules, and financial reporting configured to support month end close workflows. Configuration work included chart of accounts mapping and reporting view creation, while structured user acceptance testing validated key accounting scenarios and transactional controls. Training was delivered to finance staff to embed operational procedures against SAP Business One and to prepare users for the established accounting workflows.
Project governance placed accountability with finance through a designated finance representative who managed requirements, testing, training delivery, and ongoing user support, creating a single point of operational ownership for SAP Business One. The engagement concluded with a successful SAP Business One implementation into the Finance department and an internalized support approach for day to day user issues and process stewardship.

| Cezanne HR | Legacy | Cezanne HR Absense | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Open GI implemented Cezanne HR Absense as its Absence and Leave Management application to centralize time off administration across HR and payroll functions. The implementation positioned Cezanne HR Absense to support employee self service for leave requests and to provide a single source of absence records for HR operations.
Configuration focused on standard absence modules including employee self service leave requests, manager approval workflows, entitlement and accrual calculations, and absence reporting. The deployment emphasized role based access for HR administrators, leave approvers, and people managers, and used configurable absence reason codes and policy calendars to reflect statutory and company rules. Automation was applied to approval routing and absence balance reconciliation to prepare data for payroll processing.
Operational integration included payroll management for employees in Northern Ireland and payroll management Dublin as explicit third party processor relationships, with data feeds routed from Cezanne HR Absense into payroll processes. The rollout covered HR and payroll teams across the United Kingdom and Irish payroll scope, with governance established around policy mapping, approval SLAs, and periodic reconciliation between absence records and payroll inputs. Change control and configuration governance were implemented to maintain consistent absence rules across regional operations.

| Polaris UK Ltd | Legacy | Polaris IMarket | Insurance Pricing and Rating Engine | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Open GI implemented Polaris IMarket as a pricing and insurer panel for its commercial lines offering. The deployment was delivered in collaboration with Polaris UK Ltd and imarket Insurers to create a comprehensive panel on PowerPlace SME, an Open GI commercial lines solution, and the Polaris IMarket panel was embedded to integrate into brokers back-office systems.
Polaris IMarket was configured to present insurer rate and product panels inside PowerPlace SME, and the implementation included a consistent Live chat service agreed between Polaris and participating insurers. The Live chat capability was instrumented to enable underwriter to broker communication inline with quoting workflows, supporting insurer clarifications and quote negotiation as part of the Insurance Pricing interaction model.
Integration scope explicitly covered embedding Polaris IMarket into PowerPlace SME and brokers back-office systems used for SME commercial lines, providing a conduit for placement activity written through imarket. Operational coverage focused on commercial lines brokers using Open GI systems, with workflows scoped around quote presentation, insurer communication and straight through referral to insurer desks where required.
Governance and operational coordination were formalized through insurer agreements on the Live chat service, creating a standardized insurer response channel for Open GI brokers and aligning communication protocols across participating underwriters. The implementation emphasized orchestration of quoting and insurer engagement processes within the Insurance Pricing workflow, maintaining the relationship between Polaris IMarket, PowerPlace SME and broker operational systems.
