Connect-i Legacy Opigno LMS Learning and Development HCM n/a 2022 2024
In 2022, the Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission implemented Opigno LMS as its Learning and Development platform. The deployment targeted agency-wide training needs for a 347 person state regulatory organization, positioning Opigno LMS to centralize compliance learning, instructor-led scheduling and e-learning content delivery across licensing, enforcement and administrative teams. The Opigno LMS implementation emphasized standard LMS capabilities, including course catalog and curriculum management, user and role provisioning, enrollment and self-service learning paths, assessment and certification tracking, and reporting for compliance oversight. Configuration work focused on mapping role-based access and learning paths to regulatory job families, and on enabling SCORM and resource hosting to support blended learning programs. Connect-i served as the vendor for deployment and configuration of Opigno LMS, working with OLCC stakeholders to align governance, training policies and rollout sequencing with existing agency processes. The Opigno LMS program ran concurrently with OLCCs POSSE ABC selection for licensing and enforcement announced in 2022, creating a parallel modernization track for staff competency and regulatory IT systems.
