Governance and process changes were operationally focused, with demand plans distributed to the operations team with ample lead time, daily reviews of product yields to adjust demand, and continuous communication between raw supply, transportation, operations, sales, and marketing. The configuration supported routine monitoring of inventory waste and enabled actions to reduce or eliminate financial losses while helping ensure production was executed on time and efficiently.
