Governance combined centralized SharePoint administration and Project Online schedules with Azure DevOps change controls to establish release cadences, role based access and approval workflows for finance, project management and operations teams. The rollout approach was corporate wide with phased workstream releases between November 2020 and February 2021, aligning technical configuration, data interfaces and reporting to business process owners.
