The deployment targeted HR and reward functions within Orkla Group and used Employee Central as the authoritative HR master data source to drive compensation eligibility, plan population, and workflow routing.
Governance and rollout were structured around stakeholder workshops, data migration activities, end-user training, and on-going support handover to internal HRIS teams. Project activities explicitly included workshops, migration, training, and continued operational support, establishing configuration governance and change control for the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation environment.
