In 2015, OROLIA implemented Microsoft 365, a Collaboration application, as the corporate cloud collaboration platform. The deployment established a centralized Microsoft 365 tenant to consolidate email, document collaboration, and real time communications across the organization.
The Microsoft 365 implementation included core Collaboration modules such as Exchange Online for corporate email, SharePoint Online for content services and intranet, Teams for meetings and chat, and Office client integration for authoring and coauthoring. Configuration work emphasized tenant-level provisioning, mailbox and site architecture, and document library and permissions design to support cross functional collaboration workflows.
