The program completed comprehensive data conversions including open balance conversion from 11 to R12 and SLA customizations by adding new sources and accounting definition rules to enable GL drill down from account details to sub ledger via SLA. Tax and localization work included eBusiness Tax changes for Canadian tax rate updates and configuration of eBusiness Tax, AR and OM setups for an Australian implementation. Intercompany accounting was implemented across multiple legal entities, supporting flows such as SRL to US, AUS to US, SK to AUS and UK to US.
Process and governance changes were delivered alongside technical configuration, including AME setups and the development of AP invoice approvals workflow functionality, SEC account credit check customizations and month end support processes for Create Accounting. The workstream combined technical SLA and sub ledger adjustments with workflow rework to align revenue recognition and intercompany posting practices with accounting rules.
