In 2022, Ote Group Greece implemented Datapro e-IBS Core Banking. The Datapro e-IBS Core Banking deployment established a centralized transactional ledger and customer account fabric to support the companys finance and treasury operations.
The implementation configured core modules for account management, deposits and payments processing, loan and credit account handling, general ledger posting, and real-time transaction processing. Datapro e-IBS Core Banking was set up to enforce posting rules, settlement orchestration, and regulatory reporting workflows consistent with enterprise financial control requirements. Configuration work included parameterization of product catalogs, fee schedules, and posting engines to align with existing chart of accounts and reconciliation practices.
Architecturally the solution was provisioned to interface with enterprise back-office systems and channel front ends, enabling end-to-end cash management and reconciliation across finance teams. Operational coverage targeted finance, treasury, and corporate payments teams, with phased module activation to isolate transaction flows and validate settlement behavior. Testing emphasized transaction-level validation, exception handling, and cutover sequencing to maintain accounting integrity during go-live.
Governance around the Datapro e-IBS Core Banking rollout established change control for posting templates, access privileges, and exception workflows, and restructured reconciliation and approval processes to centralize transaction validation.
