Operational governance emphasized 1st and 2nd line SQL and BigQuery administration and ongoing support to the Marketing Automation team, embedding data flow integration responsibilities into marketing operations. Data governance, legal compliance, and repeatable ETL and reporting workflows were established to maintain the single source of truth for retail marketing and to support the Marketing Automation and retail marketing business functions.
