Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Page Group Philadelphia implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform, deploying a cloud native, multi-tenant SaaS instance to consolidate core financial processes. The implementation established Oracle NetSuite ERP as the single source for transactional finance and statutory reporting within the companys finance organization. The deployment configured standard ERP Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, billing and revenue recognition capabilities, and multi-entity accounting features to support legal and chart of accounts structures. Configuration work focused on accounting period controls, journal automation, revenue schedules, and structured subledger workflows to align accounting processes with month end and statutory close requirements. Operational coverage centered on corporate finance, accounting, FP&A and treasury teams across the United States, with role based access controls and segregation of duties implemented to support financial governance. Oracle NetSuite ERP was used to centralize transactional posting, intercompany accounting, and consolidation workflows while enabling standardized financial reporting and audit trails for controllers and reporting teams. Governance and rollout emphasized standardized chart of accounts design, workflow based approvals for procure to pay and order to cash related financial entries, and staged adoption across finance and accounting teams. Training, user role definitions and controller sign off processes were established to embed the application into existing financial close and reporting cadences, and to professionalize finance operations under the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.

Gupshup Legacy Gupshup RoboRecruiter HR Chatbot Recruiting Chatbot HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Page Group Philadelphia implemented Gupshup RoboRecruiter HR Chatbot to automate candidate outreach and interview scheduling for a graduate training scheme. The Recruiting Chatbot managed outreach to 1,234 applicants, 68% of those contacted entered the chatbot conversation (840), and 395 candidates passed the basic vetting questions and booked interviews through the flow. The deployment centered on a scripted vetting workflow inside Gupshup RoboRecruiter HR Chatbot that asked candidates about continued interest, year of graduation, and required linguistic skills. The chatbot script was designed to surface only candidates who met criteria and to prompt those candidates to self-schedule first-round phone interviews using embedded Calendly scheduling functionality. Outbound channels were explicitly SMS and email, launched on a rolling basis to all applicants for the scheme, which positioned the solution as a low-touch high-volume campaign tool for recruitment operations. Operational scope targeted the recruitment function, relieving consultants of manual outreach and allowing them to focus on higher-value candidate assessment and client work. Governance and rollout were script-driven, with automated vetting gating calendar booking and candidate flow. Reported outcomes included 93% of engaged candidates responding within 24 hours and recruiter-hours saved estimated at approximately 19 working days, and the implementation was recommended by the client solutions lead for similar low-touch high-volume campaigns.
