MomaSoft Legacy MomaSoft MomaPIX DAM Digital Asset Management Content Management n/a 2023 2024
In 2023, Palazzetti implemented MomaSoft MomaPIX DAM to centralize product and marketing imagery and support marketing, sales and dealer communications in Italy. MomaSoft MomaPIX DAM is a Digital Asset Management application used to consolidate creative assets and standardize metadata across the Palazzetti Group. Implementation focused on core DAM capabilities including a centralized asset library, metadata taxonomy and search indexing, version control and approval workflows, and publishing controls for channel distribution. Configuration emphasized asset discoverability and role based access, with tagging and standardized metadata to support marketing campaign assembly and sales collateral production. Operational scope covered marketing, in country sales teams and dealer communications across Italy, providing sales and channel teams with approved, up to date visual content. The MomaSoft MomaPIX DAM deployment reduced time to publish and improved asset discoverability, ensuring that marketing and sales functions had a single source of truth for imagery. Governance instituted editorial approval steps and controlled release processes to maintain content accuracy and brand compliance, with assigned asset stewards in marketing responsible for taxonomy and access policies. Training and process changes centered on publishing workflows and dealer content distribution to align daily operations with the new Digital Asset Management platform.
