Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial ERP n/a 2019 2020
In 2019 ParagonCare Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial solution. The deployment focused on onboarding new companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and configuring all modules, explicitly including Finance and Supplier Chain Management, to support core finance and supplier chain business functions. Implementation scope covered requirement gathering, preparation of implementation schedules, test plans and user acceptance testing, and system training. Functional work included configuration and end to end testing of customized programs across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, inventory and supplier chain workflows, and creation of business reports and visualizations for all departments. The technical implementation integrated Dynamics D365 F&O with the broader data platform and included an upgrade of SAP HANA to the latest version, with data modeling and extraction using SQL Server Management and SAP HANA Studio to feed reporting interfaces. Automation and workflow features implemented included an auto email process to send documents directly to customers and vendors, and an onboarding process built from Microsoft Forms, SharePoint List and Power Automate. System integration with third parties was executed and validated as part of UAT. Project governance was managed end to end, with project initiation, scheduling, costing, approvals, test plan management, UAT coordination, staff training and preparation of user manuals. Issue tracking and delivery coordination used Azure DevOps, Jira and Microsoft Teams, while process documentation recorded issues and resolutions and routed discrepancies to managers and development teams for remediation.

In 2018 ParagonCare Group implemented ReadyTech HR3 Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations across five legal entities and up to 500 employees in Australia and New Zealand. The deployment centered on ReadyTech HR3 Payroll in the Payroll category and supported weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles to accommodate mixed payroll cadences across the group. ReadyTech HR3 Payroll was configured to handle core payroll processing, statutory tax calculations including PAYG and payroll tax across Australian states, and superannuation calculations and payments. The implementation covered termination and redundancy processing, back pays and bonus calculations, month end duties and reporting, GL reconciliation, and HR administration tasks such as new starter setup, contract and letter generation, aligning system configuration with standard payroll and onboarding functional workflows. Operational governance was executed through a stand alone payroll officer model who owned end-to-end processing and managed all payroll queries and month end reconciliation. The program included scoping and quotation activity for a payroll outsourcing project, the implementation of a Kiosk system for leave approval and timesheet entry across all companies, a payroll cycle change from monthly to fortnightly, and the consolidation and merging of multiple acquired companies into a single HR3 payroll platform as part of centralized payroll consolidation and platform unification.
