Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited Legacy Kerridge k8 ERP Distribution ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2015
In 2014 Morris Lubricants implemented Kerridge k8 ERP, a Distribution ERP solution, as a 50 user deployment targeted at modernizing core distribution operations. The initiative was scoped to address the companys high volume order profile, supporting warehouse workflows that process around 40,000 orders annually and to consolidate distribution functional capabilities within a single platform. Kerridge k8 ERP was configured to deliver warehouse management capabilities including barcode scanning and use of hand held terminals, integrated customer relationship management tools, business intelligence and more sophisticated real time reporting. The implementation emphasized full product traceability functionality as a key distribution requirement for an oil and lubricants business, and configuration work focused on aligning item and batch traceability with order fulfillment processes. Deployment planning and delivery were executed in close collaboration with vendor teams from Kerridge Commercial Systems, with joint teams responsible for transfer of business processes and a go live scheduled later in the year. Operational coverage concentrated on warehouse operations and customer facing order management workflows, with the 50 user footprint sized to support staff across those operational areas. Governance centered on management commitment and a structured user training program, training being called out as a major component of the rollout. Project leaders positioned Kerridge k8 ERP to act as a catalyst for process improvements while providing integrated Distribution ERP capabilities, improved reporting, and the traceability controls required by the business.

Concrete CMS Legacy Concrete CMS Web Content Management Content Management n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Morris Lubricants implemented Concrete CMS as its Web Content Management platform for the company website. Concrete CMS is used as the primary public website content platform managing corporate pages and product related information, consolidating page management and editorial control on the public site. The deployment is focused on the public web footprint and centralizes content updates and page templates under the Concrete CMS instance. The implementation leverages standard Web Content Management capabilities including page and template management, a media library, WYSIWYG content authoring, metadata and SEO fields, and role based publishing workflows. Governance is organized around site administrators and editorial users who control templates, publish schedules, and permissioned content updates across the corporate site. Concrete CMS therefore structures content operations to align content authoring and publishing with marketing and customer facing teams through centralized templates and controlled publishing processes.
