In 2009 Peoplenet implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize core financial operations. Oracle NetSuite ERP serves as Peoplenet's ERP Financial solution supporting finance and accounting functions across its United States operations and consolidating transactional finance activity for a company of approximately 700 employees.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to cover core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, fixed assets and financial reporting. The implementation included automation of standard ERP Financial workflows such as invoice to cash, procure to pay and period close procedures, and leveraged built in reporting and compliance capabilities to standardize accounting practices.
Operational scope emphasized finance and accounting, revenue management and billing teams, with governance set up to enforce a standardized chart of accounts, role based access controls and structured month end workflows. Interfaces to payroll and timekeeping and other operational systems were expected to feed transactional data into the ERP Financial layer, and the deployment used a cloud hosted SaaS architecture typical for Oracle NetSuite ERP to provide centralized financial control and operational visibility.

In 2018, Peoplenet implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR system, migrating employee master data from ADP Enterprise HR. The deployment positioned Workday HCM as the authoritative HRIS for the company, serving Peoplenet in the United States and consolidating core personnel records and organizational hierarchies.
The implementation emphasized HR Analytics capabilities, with explicit configuration to support compliance reporting, HRIS reporting and data validation, and HR scorecard metric delivery. Workday HCM was configured to surface headcount, turnover and engagement survey reporting, aligning the core data model and security domains to enable trusted people metrics.
Data migration and integration activity focused on importing and reconciling records from ADP Enterprise HR into Workday HCM, and establishing ongoing data validation processes within the new HRIS. Operational coverage centered on HR, compliance and people analytics functions, which consumed standardized reports and scorecards from Workday HCM for workforce monitoring.
Governance was structured around HRIS reporting ownership and scorecard stewardship, with formalized validation checkpoints and a recurring reporting cadence to maintain data quality and compliance readiness. Workday HCM therefore became the system of record for Core HR at Peoplenet, underpinning HR reporting and compliance workflows.

In 2016 Peoplenet implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its Collaboration platform, a vendor presence the company lists on its website. Peoplenet is a United States transportation company with roughly 700 employees, and the Google Workspace implementation serves as the companywide productivity and collaboration layer for corporate users.
The deployment leverages Google Workspace core capabilities, including Gmail for email, Google Drive for cloud file storage, Google Docs and Google Sheets for document and spreadsheet collaboration, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Google Meet for synchronous meetings.
