In 2025, Petrol Industries ran a two-month proof of concept of the TrackBee Platform to improve Marketing Analytics. The effort targeted marketing and advertising data quality across Europe and was executed on the company storefront running Shopify, with the explicit goal of closing gaps between Shopify and ad-platform conversions.
The implementation used TrackBee Platform server-side tracking and data enrichment capabilities to capture, normalize, and forward conversion events to ad platforms. TrackBee Platform was configured to reconcile client-side and server-side events, reduce measurement loss, and enrich conversion payloads for downstream attribution, improving conversion fidelity for Meta and Google Ads.
The PoC governance was a focused two-month trial with rapid validation, producing measurable improvements within hours and sustained gains across the trial period. Outcomes reported from the PoC include a 100% increase in Meta ROAS, a 20% lift in Google Ads ROAS, and a 30% reduction in CPA, with the project scoped to marketing and advertising teams across European markets.
