Governance emphasized continuous training and procedural updates, providing ongoing capacitación to pharmacy operators and administrative staff ahead of fiscal changes and regulatory updates. Day to day administration and first line support were handled by the internal technical team, with established operational processes for ticketing, user support and system administration within the Microsip ERP environment.
