| MHR (formerly MidlandHR) | Legacy | MHR iTrent HR | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 PHOENIX Medical Supplies implemented MHR iTrent HR as its Core HR platform, establishing a centralized system to manage personnel records for roughly 6,500 employees in the United Kingdom. The initial deployment focused on consolidating scattered HR data into MHR iTrent HR, with explicit workstreams for data cleansing, data transformation and upload to ensure structural and record-level consistency.
Implementation work included creation of the organisational structure and comprehensive mapping of all personnel data into the MHR iTrent HR model, configuration of an absence scheme and development of user calculations, and the design and rollout of Employee and Manager Self Service capabilities. MHR iTrent HR was configured to host standard Core HR functional workflows such as position and org management, absence tracking, and employee self-service transactions.
Operational responsibility rested with a named superuser of the iTrent system who managed creation and administration of user accounts, maintained the iTrent structure, and operated function access and data access tools to preserve security. That superuser role also provided ongoing support to HR teams and line managers to uphold data integrity and to optimize the end user experience for Employee and Manager Self Service.
Governance was centered on centralized ownership of data and access controls, with process changes to support structured account management and system maintenance. The program delivered successful consolidation of HR data into MHR iTrent HR and established a governed Core HR operational model for HR, managers and employees across the organisation.
