PICHLER projects Technographics, Software Purchases, AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by PICHLER projects and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 275 PICHLER projects employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that PICHLER projects has purchased the following applications: APplus for ERP Financial in 2019, Onboard ATS for Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System in 2019, Trimble Tekla for Building Information Modeling in 2016 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems PICHLER projects is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with Asseco Solutions , onboard , Trimble or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing PICHLER projects revenues, which have grown to $111.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for PICHLER projects intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

In 2019, PICHLER projects deployed Onboard ATS as its Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System on the corporate careers site. The implementation places Onboard ATS-hosted job listings and application intake directly on the public website, enabling online submission and centralized candidate capture for the companys hiring activity.
The deployment centers on core applicant tracking capabilities, including job posting management, configurable application forms, candidate pipeline stages, status tracking, and recruiter communication workflows. Configuration work emphasized career page integration, embedded application links, and template-driven job descriptions to support consistent posting and intake across construction and real estate roles.
Operational ownership rests with HR and recruiting, with role based access and defined hiring workflows to standardize candidate handoffs between recruiters and hiring managers. The implementation provides centralized lifecycle management for open roles, public career page publishing, and end to end applicant tracking through the Onboard ATS platform.

| Trimble | Legacy | Trimble Tekla | Building Information Modeling | PLM and Engineering | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 PICHLER projects implemented Trimble Tekla to support Building Information Modeling for its steel structures and facade engineering practice. The deployment targeted the companys technical office where more than 35 engineers, structural designers, and technical draftsmen use Tekla Structures within an organization of 275 employees to move projects from bidding through production and assembly.
The implementation emphasized information-rich 3D modeling capabilities typical of Building Information Modeling, including detailed structural modeling, fabrication-ready detailing, and model-driven documentation to support static and structural calculations. Tekla Structures was configured to produce models that contain precise and reliable information, enabling engineering to control internal and external production processes rather than generating only simple 3D CAD output.
Tekla was used alongside SolidWorks, LogiKal, and Athena for cross-discipline coordination and communication with architects, client representatives, contractors, civil engineers, designers, and external manufacturers. These integrations supported Design-Assist workflows, feasibility studies, prototype development, and the exchange of model and production data across stakeholders during the bidding and delivery phases.
Governance and workflow changes centered on BIM as an operational standard, with BIM being described as a daily routine for 15 years across both steel and facade construction. Consulting and technical support resources were embedded in the engineering organization to standardize model content, coordinate handoffs to production, and ensure smooth workflows and detailed models from production to assembly.
