Sage Legacy Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline) Construction ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2019
In 2018, PIDC Construction implemented Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline) as its Construction ERP to centralize financial operations and project accounting across the 50-person firm. The deployment positioned Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline) to manage core AP workflows, billing and document control for a small construction and real estate operator. The configuration focused on Accounts Payable processing, handling upwards of 400 invoices alongside monthly AIA billing and POS reporting. Day-to-day functional use included invoice entry, vendor contact and reconciliation, check writing and the billing routines necessary to support construction invoicing and basic job accounting within Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline). Operational use combined Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline) with Excel and standard office email, scanning and file storage processes, with staff preparing spreadsheet data for import and export. Document management and indexing workflows emphasized proofing, scanning, consistent folder naming and retention of vendor records, signed contracts and legal documents to support accounting and administrative tasks. Governance and operational ownership were executed at the office level, with an administrative assistant reporting directly to the VP of Operations and Finance responsible for accounting email handling, onboarding document control, inventory control and maintenance of weekly and monthly hour totals. The implementation supported AP and accounting functions, vendor management and office-level compliance activities including site signage and COVID-19 guideline execution.

Newforma Legacy Newforma Konekt Project Portfolio Management PPM n/a 2018 2019
In 2018 PIDC Construction implemented Newforma Konekt for Project Portfolio Management to centralize project information and formalize submittal workflows across its small construction firm. The deployment targeted project teams responsible for drawings, specifications, and submittal delivery, positioning Newforma Konekt as the primary project information platform for ongoing contract work and package preparation. Newforma Konekt was configured to manage document control and submittal package assembly, and to capture project correspondence and field records consistent with Project Portfolio Management practices.
