Operational use combined Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline) with Excel and standard office email, scanning and file storage processes, with staff preparing spreadsheet data for import and export. Document management and indexing workflows emphasized proofing, scanning, consistent folder naming and retention of vendor records, signed contracts and legal documents to support accounting and administrative tasks.
Governance and operational ownership were executed at the office level, with an administrative assistant reporting directly to the VP of Operations and Finance responsible for accounting email handling, onboarding document control, inventory control and maintenance of weekly and monthly hour totals.
