Governance and rollout emphasized stakeholder coordination and new program rollout, with the Avature CRM instance supporting process change for virtual engagement models. The recruiting team used the platform and its integrations to execute a 100 percent virtual Summer 2020 internship, a virtual event series of more than 50 events, a firm wide mentorship program for interns and new hires, and the PIMCO Career Exploration Program focused on students from underrepresented backgrounds, all managed through Avature CRM and connected recruitment tooling.
