In 2016 Pinar Dokum Turkey deployed Bilisim ERP in a multi year project with a three year duration to consolidate six previously disparate systems and unify stock, sales, purchasing, planning, production, quality, maintenance, finance and HR processes in Turkey. Pinar Dokum Turkey implemented Bilisim ERP, an ERP Financial application, to centralize finance and Muhasebe alongside operational transaction flows.
Functional modules implemented included stock management, sales order processing, purchasing, production planning and execution, quality control, maintenance management, finance and Muhasebe, and human resources. Configuration work emphasized master data harmonization, standardization of transactional workflows, and integrated accounting posting logic consistent with ERP Financial capabilities.
The deployment established integrated data flows across operational and financial modules, connecting inventory transactions to finance postings and linking production and planning records to quality and maintenance histories. The project scope was domestic, covering Pinar Dokum Turkey sites and business functions for manufacturing, supply chain and corporate accounting.
