Accounts payable procedures enforce resort policies and audit requirements, vendor statement reconciliations and year end 1099 preparation are executed from Sage 500 ERP data, and routine payroll audits feed weekly payroll submissions for designated locations. This structure centralizes transactional control and month end close activities within the Sage 500 ERP environment for the specified resort and golf course functions.
