In 2022, Piscines Waterair implemented Cegid HR Sprint as its Core HR platform. The program included an explicit Cegid HR Sprint Payroll go-live in July 2022 and delivery of Cegid HR Sprint interfaces to GTA So'Horsys in October 2022.
The implementation focused on centralizing core HR records and payroll processing within Cegid HR Sprint, with configuration activity on payroll rules, employee master data, and statutory pay elements relevant to France. The Cegid HR Sprint Payroll module was configured and activated in July 2022, and integration logic for time and attendance feeds was developed as part of the project scope.
Interfaces to GTA So'Horsys were implemented in October 2022 to provide time and attendance data feeds into Cegid HR Sprint and to support payroll file exchanges. Operational coverage targeted HR and finance functions at Piscines Waterair in France, with a phased sequencing that prioritized payroll cutover in July 2022 followed by interface stabilization. Governance emphasized coordinated HR and finance validation cycles and cutover coordination across the July and October 2022 milestones.
