In 2020, Pix4D deployed Spark Hire Video Interview to introduce Video Interviewing into its recruiting workflow, aiming to save time and surface candidate quality earlier in the hiring funnel. The initiative was driven by a desire to eliminate initial phone screens and to coordinate hiring across multiple locations in Europe, with HR and hiring teams using the solution to prequalify candidates before onsite interviews.
Deployment centered on the Spark Hire Video Interview one way interview capability and an ATS orchestration pattern, the team created a dedicated stage in Workable named for Spark Hire Video Interview. Integration required assistance from Workable and Spark Hire to activate the connector, after which recruiters moved selected candidates into the Spark Hire stage and candidates recorded responses on their own time, enabling asynchronous review and standardized question sets.
Operational governance was updated to reflect the new stage based screening workflow, with HR talent coordinators and hiring managers adopting the Spark Hire stage as a formal gate before onsite interviews. The revised process replaced the previous combination of written screening questions and a Skype call with a sequence of written application questions, a Spark Hire one way video interview, and then a final onsite interview, allowing teams to filter candidates and reduce the number invited to final rounds. Pix4D reports that Spark Hire Video Interview saved substantial recruiter time and improved the quality of final candidate interviews.

| Legacy | Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Pix4D implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its enterprise Collaboration platform. The cloud-hosted deployment established corporate email, calendaring, and document collaboration as primary channels for internal and external communication. Public site indicators show Google Workspace artifacts aligned with Pix4D's corporate identity and contact routing.
The Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) implementation centers on Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Meet, and the Admin console as core modules. Configuration uses shared drives and group-managed mailboxes to support team document sharing and collaborative editing workflows that are standard for Collaboration platforms. Administrative controls are applied for account provisioning and domain policy enforcement.
Operational coverage extends across core corporate functions, including engineering collaboration, product documentation, sales correspondence, and support coordination, reflecting common business function adoption for Collaboration software. The deployment supports synchronous meetings and asynchronous document workflows with versioned editing and centralized file storage.
Governance is delivered through the Google Workspace administration layer, leveraging group-based access controls, centralized account lifecycle management, and device and access management features to secure corporate accounts. The implementation follows standard Collaboration governance patterns rather than on-premise infrastructure customization.
