In 2022 Plantica implemented FullStory on its website to capture session analytics and digital behavior, establishing FullStory as the Customer Experience platform for web analytics at Plantica. The deployment consisted of the FullStory JavaScript snippet instrumented across public pages on plantica.mx to collect session replay data and event-level interactions.
FullStory functionality was configured to enable session replay, heatmaps, event tracking, and basic funnel analysis to map user journeys and identify usability friction. Capture rules were scoped to page interactions, form events, and clickstreams, and privacy controls were applied to reduce sensitive data capture while retaining actionable behavioral signals.
Operationally the implementation covers the corporate website and supports marketing, product, and customer support use cases for incident investigation and behavior-driven prioritization.
