In 2025, Play Your Court implemented Synder as an ERP Financial application to automate finance and bookkeeping workflows. The implementation focused on synchronizing payments and categorization between Stripe and QuickBooks, centralizing bookkeeping operations for a United States based professional services firm with 10 employees.
The deployment used Synder Sync to automate Stripe-to-QuickBooks transaction syncing and configured Smart Rules to perform automatic categorization and historical recategorization. Configuration emphasized rule based mapping, transaction matching, and automated reconciliation workflows inside Synder to reduce manual bookkeeping touchpoints. The integration preserved source transaction records between Stripe and QuickBooks through Synder, enabling auditable transaction flows and faster month end close activities.
Operational scope covered finance and bookkeeping functions across the company in the United States, consolidating daily payment ingestion, categorization, and reconciliation. Play Your Court reported the Synder implementation saved an estimated 480+ hours and about $24K per year in bookkeeping costs while improving transaction accuracy and reconciliation speed. The program shifted effort from manual recategorization to rule driven automation and centralized reconciliation within the Synder ERP Financial environment.
