Operational scope covered Customer Service, escalation teams and frontline supervisors, aligning with existing processes for monitoring calls, chats and emails, and for staff coaching. Governance was placed with team leads, program management and account management who maintained procedural documentation, updated training materials and defined KPIs used in coaching and one to one reviews. Ongoing runbooks and governance routines embedded ownership for complaint handling and case escalation within the customer service organization, and the platform was used to instrument quality observation, agent assist and workforce scheduling inputs. PlayStation London Studio In-House Chatbots and Conversational AI remains positioned as a core application supporting customer service operations.
