In 2014 Plexus implemented Infinite BrassRing formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing as its Applicant Tracking System. The rollout was organized to assist the HRMS Team in the global support of Workday and Kenexa Brass Ring recruiting processes, establishing BrassRing as the central recruiting intake and candidate lifecycle tool.
Configuration focused on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including requisition management, candidate sourcing and applicant tracking, configurable hiring workflows, interview scheduling and calendar orchestration, offer management, and recruiting analytics and compliance reporting. Infinite BrassRing was configured to reflect recruiting roles and approval routing used by Plexus talent acquisition and hiring managers.
Integrations explicitly supported synchronization with Workday for HR master data and hire conversion processes, enabling candidate to employee record handoffs and alignment of position and organizational data between systems. Operational coverage was global and centered on the HRMS Team and talent acquisition functions, providing a single system of record for external hiring activity.
Governance and support responsibilities remained with the HRMS Team, which provided ongoing application support, configuration governance, access controls, and recruiter and hiring manager workflow administration. The implementation emphasized structured operational processes for requisition lifecycle management and centralized support for BrassRing and Workday integration points.
