Delivery emphasized functional documentation and governance, with process maps, role-based responsibilities, configuration worksheets and cutover planning used to transfer operations to the new system. Operational coverage included finance, procurement, sales order processing, warehouse operations and assembly/production staging, with the implementation team executing configuration, documentation and end-user handover within the 2.5 month timeline.
