The initiative documented business processes and delivered core transactional capabilities across finance and operations, establishing Microsoft Dynamics NAV as the central ERP Financial system for procurement, receivables, inventory and assembly workflows.
The implementation configured Purchase & Payable to support procure-to-pay workflows and accounts payable posting, Sales & Receivable to support order-to-cash, Warehouse Basic and Inventory to provide stock control and transaction posting, Assembly BOM to manage bill-of-materials and kit assembly, and GST & TDS functionality to address Indian indirect and withholding tax compliance. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was implemented with functional modules aligned to accounting journals, invoice processing, inventory valuation, BOM explosion and statutory tax reporting within the ERP Financial scope.
Delivery emphasized functional documentation and governance, with process maps, role-based responsibilities, configuration worksheets and cutover planning used to transfer operations to the new system. Operational coverage included finance, procurement, sales order processing, warehouse operations and assembly/production staging, with the implementation team executing configuration, documentation and end-user handover within the 2.5 month timeline.
