The implementation was delivered as a cloud hosted, web accessible portal embedded on Poczta's site to support online enrollment and employee self service. The configuration emphasized browser based access for population wide benefits engagement.
Core functional capabilities implemented align with standard Benefits Administration workflows and included online enrollment, benefit plan configuration, lifecycle event processing, eligibility rule enforcement, and employee communications. The Benefex Cloud8 BEAM at WorkTM instance was configured to manage benefit elections, publish total reward statements, and orchestrate enrollment windows and dependent data capture. Automation of enrollment workflows and self service benefit elections supported HR benefits operations.
Operational ownership rested with Poczta's central HR and benefits administration function, which governed plan configuration, enrollment calendars, and employee facing content.
