In 2024 Polkomtel implemented Zeta CDP+, a Customer Data Platform deployed as Zeta Global’s AI powered marketing cloud to create a unified customer view and enable real time lead prioritization for contact centre and CRM outreach across its Poland operations. The rollout targeted commercial engagement workflows within Polkomtel’s marketing and contact centre functions and was positioned to drive agent efficiency and outbound CRM sequencing.
Zeta CDP+ was configured to perform continuous data ingestion, identity resolution, and profile unification to build persistent customer profiles. The implementation included real time scoring and prioritization engines that surfaced high value contacts to agent interfaces and marketing queues, and on site interaction orchestration to coordinate web and telephony touchpoints supporting contact centre and marketing workflows.
Integrations were implemented to feed prioritized leads into contact centre agent desktops and CRM outreach pipelines, enabling synchronized orchestration between contact centre operations and marketing automation. The deployment used Zeta CDP+ capabilities to operationalize profile enrichment and event driven triggers for agent triage and campaign execution across Polkomtel’s customer engagement stack.
The initiative produced explicit business outcomes reported by the vendor, including a 200% increase in close rate and a 300% increase in transaction volume, attributable to real time customer data unification and lead prioritization provided by Zeta CDP+. Governance changes focused on embedding lead scoring into contact centre workflow and CRM processing to ensure consistent handling of prioritized contacts.
