The implementation included explicit integration points with Taleo for applicant tracking, a Vacation Request System, a Learning Management System, a Contract Administration System, the Jive social platform, Great Plains financial systems, and Salesforce CRM, reflecting a systems landscape coordinated by HR and Central Services. Operational coverage extended across HR functions including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and workers compensation case management.
Governance was driven by HR leadership who established policies and programs for long term growth and ensured compliance with Federal and multi state regulations including EEO, ADA, COBRA, FMLA and retirement plan oversight.
