| MineralTree | Legacy | MineralTree Inspyrus | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Ports America implemented MineralTree Inspyrus as its AP Automation solution to centralize accounts payable and payment processing within the corporate finance function. The implementation positioned MineralTree Inspyrus to handle invoice intake, approval workflows, and payment orchestration as the AP Automation application supporting Accounts Payable and treasury adjacent processes.
Configuration and rollout work included integration-aware testing during an Oracle 12.1 to 12.2 upgrade, with smoke tests executed for each iteration and coordinated business user testing. An IssueTracker built with Microsoft PowerApps was developed to capture and manage testing and production issues, and on-call support procedures were established for the Oracle Financial Production system and peripheral integrated systems including the Inspyrus payment system.
Operational integration tied MineralTree Inspyrus directly into Ports America financial operations, with explicit system interfaces to Oracle Financials and connected reporting and planning feeds from SAP Business Planning and Consolidation and SAP BusinessObjects. Governance focused on coordinated testing cycles, business user acceptance workflows, and support handoffs between finance, AP, and the technical teams responsible for the Oracle and SAP landscapes.
