Governance was led by the internal Dept.IT & ERP organization, with SrMgr Wawan Setiawan participating publicly at a PwC Indonesia event in Jakarta on June 27, 2018. PwC Indonesia publicly recognized PT PP for its commitment to digital transformation through the SAP S/4 HANA implementation, and the program emphasized embedding SAP S/4 HANA as the central ERP Financial platform across corporate units.

Governance and change activities were led by PT PP Human Capital with support from SISI, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and process alignment to achieve an integrated HCM operating model. The stated outcome is clearer strategic focus for the HC team and a transformation of HCM services into integrated, end to end capabilities that are more easily aligned with PT PP business processes and decision cycles.
