The implementation also handled operational payroll-related tasks including wage garnishments, 401K loan administration, and local tax filing support, with the ADP Enterprise eTIME environment operating alongside Kronos branded workforce components.
Governance and operational control were formalized through SOX compliance activities and internal audit facilitation, including periodic system admin operator access reviews. Payroll leadership supervised and evaluated payroll consultants during year end and special projects, documented procedural manuals through research and analysis, and provided ongoing training on ADP eTime, Kronos and Enterprise EV5 functionality to HR and payroll teams.
