In 2017, Presbyterian Aged Care implemented Cornerstone HR Suite as a Core HR solution to centralise and standardise talent processes across its aged care operations. The deployment shifted decentralised paper based manager HR processes to central online HR processes, rolling Cornerstone HR Suite out across 10 facilities covering approximately 700 employees within a six month period. The implementation focused on Core HR functional modules including workforce management, recruitment, onboarding and online learning, with configuration of talent management workflows, automated alerts and consolidated reporting to support compliance data collection. Cornerstone HR Suite was configured to capture employee records and recruitment pipelines, to formalise onboarding checklists and to deliver online learning content and certification tracking, aligning system workflows with manager and HR responsibilities. Operational coverage included HR teams and facility managers across the 10 sites, with Business As Usual processes established to support employees and gather feedback for continuous improvement. The project explicitly reduced compliance risk by enabling efficient collection of data, alerts and reporting, and created a centralised talent management posture to replace prior decentralised paper procedures while supporting ongoing governance and process controls.
