In 2017, Prestige Joinery implemented DATANUUM CDP, a Customer Data Platform. The deployment focused on centralizing customer and project contact profiles across its joinery manufacturing and construction activities for Tier One builders in Australia, aligning customer identity with project accounting and operational records.
DATANUUM CDP was configured to deliver unified customer profiles, identity resolution, event and transaction ingestion, and audience segmentation to support operational workflows. Configuration emphasized capturing project level attributes and job costing identifiers so customer records could be associated with manufacturing orders, delivery schedules and estimating workflows.
Integrations and data mapping were oriented toward project accounting and shop floor sources, including mapping data from the Cheops-based financial and job costing environment that Prestige Joinery used to standardize financial control and project costing. The Customer Data Platform implementation used data normalization, schema mapping and a mix of real time and batch ingestion patterns to provide consistent customer and project attributes for sales, estimating, finance and operations teams.
Governance established shared data ownership across finance, project accounting and operations, with processes to reconcile customer and project identifiers and maintain master data hygiene. The DATANUUM CDP rollout reinforced cross functional stewardship of customer profiles and created a single data layer to support operational reporting and customer facing workflows across Prestige Joinery’s manufacturing sites and construction project teams in Australia.
