iCIMS Legacy iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, PRIDE Industries implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System on its public website. PRIDE Industries uses iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as its Applicant Tracking System to support corporate recruiting and talent acquisition workflows for its U.S. operations. The deployment is implemented as a career site integration that captures applicant traffic directly into iCIMS Recruit, leveraging standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities such as job requisition posting, application intake and candidate profile management. Configuration scope includes resume parsing, configurable hiring stages, candidate communication templates, and automated workflow triggers for screening and interview coordination. Operational coverage centers on HR and recruiting teams and extends to hiring managers through role based access and staged review workflows. Governance has been structured around centralized job posting controls, approval workflows and recruiter ownership of candidate pipelines, while the website integration provides the primary candidate sourcing funnel into iCIMS Recruit.

Infor Legacy Infor CloudSuite EAM Asset Performance Asset Performance Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2013 2014
In 2013, PRIDE Industries deployed Infor CloudSuite EAM Asset Performance as its Asset Performance Management platform to centralize asset and maintenance data across manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain functions. The deployment provisioned a cloud-hosted instance of Infor CloudSuite EAM Asset Performance to provide a consistent operational backbone for asset lifecycle management and visibility for users with and without disabilities. Configuration emphasized asset management and maintenance workflows, inventory and purchasing visibility, and automation of manual processes to eliminate dual data entry. The implementation used standard Asset Performance Management capabilities to streamline work order processing, surface inventory levels and shipment dates to operational teams, and automate data exchange between functional users. Architecturally the project used Infor ION as the integration and orchestration layer to connect Infor LN with the cloud-hosted Infor EAM, opening cross-application communication and enabling faster, easier data exchange between departments and users. That integration removed the need for duplicate data entry, ensured data consistency regardless of where records originated, and allowed automated handoffs between ERP and EAM records. Governance and operational change focused on integrating processes rather than replacing business units, automating previously manual tasks, and improving real-time visibility for decision makers. The organization reported improved internal communication and operational visibility, and John Vaughan, Senior Vice President and CIO at PRIDE Industries, summarized the outcome by noting that implementing communication between Infor LN and Infor EAM sped up processes, improved accuracy, and reduced operational costs.
